TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Transcend Site Services website and the engagement of our cleaning, construction support, specialist access, and labour supply services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Transcend Site Services is a trading name operating from 194 Manchester Road, Altrincham, WA14 5LD.

We provide the following services across the United Kingdom:

• Construction Support: Builders' cleans, sparkle cleans, and ongoing site maintenance services.
• Specialist Access: IPAF-certified MEWP operations and PASMA-trained scaffold tower erection and dismantling.
• Commercial Cleaning: Office deep cleans, window cleaning, cladding restoration, and facilities maintenance.
• Labour Supply: Provision of vetted, CSCS-carded operatives for construction, cleaning, and industrial projects.

All quotations provided by Transcend Site Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes materially from the original specification, or if site conditions differ from those described at the time of quotation.

Safety is our highest priority. All operatives supplied by Transcend Site Services hold valid industry accreditations including, where applicable:

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards.
• IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) licences for MEWP operation.
• PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association) certification for scaffold towers.

We maintain SafeContractor and CHAS accreditations and carry out comprehensive risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for all projects. Clients are responsible for ensuring that site conditions are safe and that relevant site inductions are provided to our operatives.

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the scope of work and site conditions.
• Ensure safe access to the work area, including adequate lighting, ventilation, and welfare facilities.
• Notify us of any known hazards, including asbestos, confined spaces, or contaminated materials.
• Provide timely approval of quotations and work schedules.
• Make payment in accordance with the agreed terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Either party may cancel a booking by providing at least 48 hours' written notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed project value to cover mobilisation costs.

Transcend Site Services maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total value of the contract to which the claim relates. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
